1. What subscription options does TJI offer?
Japan Investor offers two subscription plans:

- 12 monthly Subscriptions to the Japan Investor Market Letter
(TJML)
TJML is a weekly market letter that features a strategic analysis
of the Japan equity market, and specific recommendations on sectors
and stocks. Also included are a model portfolio, as well as key
weekly statistics such as weekly gainers, most active and largest
market cap rankings. In addition, we include screens such as "golden
cross" and "dead cross" stocks (stocks whose price is breaking
up or breaking down through their 13-week and 26-week moving averages),
and value screens, in addition to weekly charts of key benchmark

With each subscription, readers also get access to; a) quotes and
charts on not only individual Japanese stocks, but on global stocks
as well; b) regularly updated market news; c) "Tokyo Takes" a Japan
Investor blog that highlights what TJI believes are important news
developments; d) the TJI Portfolio, which is updated weekly, and
e) a weekly Japan economic calendar.
2. What if I have a question about something in the newsletter?
Japan Investor welcomes dialog with its subscribers. If you have
a question or comment about something you saw in Japan Investor
or the TJI Market Letter, please feel free to contact us, and we
will try to respond within 24 hours if you are in the US or Europe.
3. How can I be sure my online subscription is secure?
Japan Investor has taken every precaution to ensure a secure environment
for its subscribers. Our online credit card subscriptions are handled
by VeriSign, an e commerce specialist that provides leading-edge
security for online transactions. Moreover, we respect the privacy
of our subscribers, which means that the information you provide
us for subscription to Japan Investor is confidential, and kept
that way. If you encounter any problems in the sign-up process,
please contact us at once. Once you have successfully signed up
and your credit card is approved, the ID and password you supply
will be those used to access the Japan Investor site. Please be
sure to carefully record your password and ID, as well as the confirmation
number you receive from VeriSign when your subscription in confirmed.
All are needed not only to access the Japan Investor site, but also
in making any inquiries about your subcription.
4. How can I renew/cancel my subscription?
Once your subscription has been process by VeriSign, you need to
do nothing more until you decide to stop subscribing. Japan Investor
subscriptions are billed 6 monthly or 12 monthly as you select when
you subscribe, and you will receive notification that your subscription
has come due. When you first subscribe, pease be careful to take
note of the reference number given when your subscription is recorded
by VeriSign, because this is used as an identifier if you in the
future decide to cancel your subscription. Should you have any problems
subscribing or unsubscribing, please contact us as soon as possible
so we can assist you.
5. Do you have any historical data on individual company financials?
Unfortunately, we do not offer data on individual company financials
at this time, as our fundamental database is still under development.
We can however provide this data on a per request basis, along with
peer group data. Please contact us with such requests. In most cases,
however, provision this data (and any analysis included) will involve
a nominal charge. We hope to have such data available on a subscription
basis in the future, but are unable at this time to say exactly
when.
6. Will you be adding new functions and content in the future?
Any new functions and content added in the future will in large
degree be determined by what our subscribers say they want. We thus
encourage you to give us to proactively give us your feedback so
that we can stay on top of the needs of our subscribers.
