third parties.
- TJI's commitment is to provide 48 weekly TJI Market Letters,

contained in the Japan DataBank during any 12-month period. If
we fail to fulfill this commitment during a particular 12-month
period, then any fully paid-up subscriber during the period in
question will receive a complimentary extension to their subscription
until the committed number of Market Letters and updates have
been made available at the TJI Web Site.
- Subscribers can cancel at any time by notifying TJI via e-mail. A subscriber who
cancels their subscription will continue to have access to the
TJI Web Site until their subscription period expires (in the case
of a subscriber who has chosen the automatic credit billing
option, this would be until the date that the next payment
is due).
- If, at any time and for any reason, annual subscribers wish
to terminate their subscription, we will refund in full that portion
of your subscription fee that remains outstanding. This is done
on a pro-rata basis. There are in principle no refunds for monthly
